We always recommend contacting your insurance provider to find out specifics on your plan’s routine vision benefits. We are currently a participating provider with the following plans:
Medicare
Medicaid (Health First CO)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem)
Cigna
CHP+ (CO Access)
We are an open access (out-of-network) provider for all other vision plans including VSP, Spectera, EyeMed, and more. This means we can submit your claim as an out-of-network provider so you can get reimbursed directly.
If I don't have insurance, can I still get an eye exam?
Yes, if you do not have insurance or your insurance will not contribute to your annual exam, Firestone Family Eye Care will give you a discount of 25% for payment made on the same day as the annual exam.
